Rebels cant own hightech bases and use powerfull guns this is said in the rules. and also you proppushed me

Why didnt you just told me that you havent gave premission to niko bellic to steal my car because he said that he stole it for you.

As i said.. We had no clue about the other rebels. they were just somewhere around the city or something. i had no objective at that moment.
