Car status effects.

Realism to cars

[b] As their is car Health points I had an idea about status

effects
100%- No problems
90%- No problems
80%- No problems
70%- No problems
60% Cars accelaration is lower and top speed is lower
50% Cars fuel leaks
40% Car has bad top speed and accel
30% Car will start stalling
20% Car will leak fuel even more
10% Cars tyres will be puntured and cars max speed is 10mph
0% Car is disabled
