Here is my suggestion if no admins/mods are online :
Take screenshots and /> or record everything using sowfwares such as Fraps, Dxtory, TSSCC, or HyperCam
and then you can post a ban request , I know it takes a minute or two but it is worth it
And there is always a way to roleplay, just go to a calm spot f.e the lake and start a roleplay
and dont find yourself getting involved in rdming , propushing, teamkilling etc...
