Summary: I was going to the UM and I saw a black hummer going for the left lane to the right lane twice. So I turn on my lights and told him to pull over he did not so I said it again they he got stuck on a prop and got out. Then I gave him a ticket for crazy driving and he said no. So I told him then I will have to bring you to jail and then I stared REC. Also the sever was lagging a little bin.
