Summary: So I was walking around and this cop starts shooting a bunch of people randomly, I dont remember his name but thats what was going on. I took out my tranq sniper to stop him from shooting everybody. Right when I shot him with it, Laz Boii ran me over in his car, took my sniper, and drove off. I asked him to give it back but he refused and kept running away.
