It can take a while for someone to reply so I'll explain the way of making a BR. Go one step back and look at the sticky's on top, it should say ID and Template.
Get the template first and paste it into your BR post.
Now all you do is fill that in to make a valid BR.
You can get peoples steam ID from one of the sticky's aswell.
