As I don't have much informations concerning the situation, it will be my turn to ask you a question and to give you a possible answer ...
Did you update the games' contents you got ? (e.g : CSS ; HL2:EP1 ; HL2:EP2)
The error may come from the game itself, you might just wait for the next update.
Anyway, you still have this option :
