I'm somewhat for it, only thing is the requirements should be risen to a much higher standard in order for it to Be RP'd correctly. Ex. 250+ hours, at least 4 RP points and maybe a forum Application for an IC whitelist of some sort. Loads of people have over 150 hours and have not gathered a single RP representing they have what it takes to RP passively as well as aggressively.

And yes there are some IC conversations mostly consisting of hiring well-known PMC to government officials as well as who has certain items etc.

If I pleated properly. It could be well played out, for now though, it's a +\- neutral.
