I'm neither for nor against hitmanRP. On one hand you have these facts: AgressiveRP is allowed, if a reason is valid enough for someone to personally kill someone then why can't said person hire someone else to do it instead? It also adds a bit more realism to the game, if your characters personality is, for example, not outgoing/shy or they don't have the physical strength to attack someone then they're not just going to walk up and do it, are they? Metagaming is also not an issue because a picture of the target can be taken with the camera tool and the photo can be give ICly via /me.
But on the other hand: It could be open to abuse, meaning that the contractors don't provide evidence that they've been wronged by their potential target, there is also a problem that NLR can be broken because they've been killed and they want revenge so they make up a story, again touching on the lack of evidence argument and lastly there's also the possibility of getting the wrong target causing a lot of RDM complaints and issues.
If they're so against aggressiveRP why do we have access to weapons? Why do we have gun dealers happily supplying us with them? Why do we have corleones and rebels? Granted, corleones can be passive by opening casinos or hotels etc. But rebels, by their very nature, are aggressive. It doesn't matter how much you try to tip toe around it rebels are just an aggressiveRP job. So if the administration is so against aggressiveRP why not just remove all of these jobs to save themselves the trouble? Because aggressiveRP is allowed if given proper justified reasons as to why these actions are carried out.
