It is clear that you have some sense, unfortunately you're about the only member of this #R group that can communicate effectively. However, you must realise that time and time again only problems have been found with you and your group - and I shall refer to the group as I feel this wave of bans is to be taken as a collective one, I do not believe any single member would have committed the same number of offences if they had been acting as individuals.
Anyhow, I received a complaint from a member on the server regarding the behaviour of your group. (I state your group, simply because you seem to be the most vocal. Whether or not you have a substantial leadership role is fairly irrelevant - simply for the purpose of clarity it shall either be 'your group' or '#R') After hearing #R, I remembered clearly the select few players whom this group consists of and most of all the clan thread created by them - http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=19584 .
Upon entering the server, albeit under a different name, I see you and your group at the top of the Nexus. I had been told that you had randomly raided the President, so checking the logs for that was my primary concern. However it became apparent that after seeing the kill-count of you and your comrades that something had been going on for some time. The logs showed this, with kill after kill of different team members, civilians and government members alike. Whether the kills were due to NLRing forces or not remains to be completely seen, having 25/26 kills (From my memory) in the roughly 3 1/3 hours (As taken from the Steam 'Server Info' at the time of issuing the suspension) is, as you have rightly said, overkill. Because a number of people break NLR doesn't give you or your team the right to mow them down. If you really do care about things, why not gather evidence and post a ban request? Surely if such a problem were posed then that would be the simple thing to do - it happens often enough that other players suffer the same NLRing without resorting to killing and totalling up large kill-counts.
Regardless of the rule-breaking that may have occurred and resulted in some of your kills, the fact remains that from looking at logs and from witnessing the behaviour of members of your group - you seem to enjoy killing and using that as a resolution to your problems. Simple quotes such as, and I am paraphrasing here, 'best aggro rper on the server' or 'when you have a k/d as good as mine you can talk' lead me to believe that the NLRing wasn't a huge problem, merely an enjoyment for you and your team to practice your shooting and to feel powerful.
In regards to the other portion of you and your group's ban - the random raid. This is where roleplay becomes vital, because something as drastic and politically significant as a military raid on the leader of a city or country requires a damn good reason. Instead, it seemed you resorted to finding the bare minimum reason and due to your mistake (As a group collective, I don't mean to single you out here) led to more kills, more deaths and more mayhem. An innocent President lost his position. In his place came a hugely fail government, though admittedly the most failing came from xxxxpetey - as such his ban reason consists more for that. I distinctly remember a security guard coming up - now it is true that he shouldn't really be there without having gained permission or an escort however he managed to get in. Perhaps escort him out or if not arrest him. Instead, whilst I was ghosted directly next to you (This was moments before he didn't kill you, you actually fell off the bridge) it seemed an almost immediate reaction for you to request he be shot immediately. This isn't a direct violation of much, as such there wasn't much mentioned of this in the ban reason but it does contribute to my tag of 'Inciting aggressive RP' and does establish the behaviour of you and your group.
Now what happened next resulted in bans for different members of your group, as your involvement now fades away. xxxxpetey performed possibly the worst Presidential act ever with 'xxx blazin 420 noscopes' comprising government broadcasts, executing someone for holding a note and then banning notes afterwards in an attempt to cover it up. During a raid by members tired of the actions of you and your group, him and the member Afflack decide to abuse the features of chairs so the President can escape, humorously failing however and dying from fall damage.
I won't beat around the bush. You and your group are notorious for rulebreaking when no admin is present, or loop-holing and pushing the boundaries. Killing, mayhem and aggressive RP are not far behind when the #R group comes to play. But here's the problem, we don't want that here. If you and your group have such an obsession or interest in killing virtual avatars of on-line players, please direct yourselves to a video game with the direct intention of killing - CS:GO, PlanetSide 2 or CoD are just some quick examples. It is clear by the effort in your appeal and the way in which you can communicate that I do not feel you are wholly represented by your actions here today - perhaps you are capable of abiding our rules and benefiting from a more passive approach. I don't always love banning, teaching people is always a better alternative in my opinion. But sometimes it doesn't go far enough and that is why I must deny this appeal. People were earnestly pleased to see you and your group banned, is that the way you want to be remembered here? Part of me fears it might - in which case it will be a short time.
Heed this warning, not only to you but to any #R member. We don't tolerate the thoughtless and hideously aggressive approach to the rules that you guys exhibited yesterday. I won't hesitate in permanently suspending any and all members who proceed to break the rules so easily again - it happened to xxxxpetey, it can happen to you.
