Summary: BennyZ reconnected to avoid arrest/get his car from impound. In the screenshots you can see him getting tazed, then reconnecting after his handcuffs were removed. His cuffs were removed because he was supposed to pay an impound fee. He was originally going to get arrested for trespassing though.
