Btw, you can try this to.
Try validate CS : S files if you haven't tried that yet.
And if none of these works, try go to www.garrysmod.com (manual fix to every update)
(Btw if that link isn't allown to post here can one then remove it?)
This as nothing to do with Counter-Strike Source, I already said in the posts above, what the problem is.
