I have the same problem, it was working 3 days ago, but know, I have a lot of textures problems.

I'm not the only one, almost everyone that I know that plays Fearless has this problem.

This is a problem from GMOD, I managed to see that HL2 EP1 and HL2 EP2 are the problem here, reinstall won't fix it.
