The police were handling the situation for you and you just open fired on your own car killing the guy and then unleashing the rest of your clip into the guy.

Edit: After reviewing the tape there was a reason to kill the man but it was a case of FailRP. I will shorten the ban to 1 day and change the reason. Sorry for your mishap.
