Summary: Coolman511 was using props to move his friends car because his friend was arrested. He was also breaking FearRP by running away when 2+ cops were standing there with tazers pointed at him at point blank range on several incident. I apologize for the lack of good evidence as my recording program wasn't running at the time so I just quickly snapped a screenshot when I saw the opportunity.
