Summary: It all started when we went down the tunnel and he started to proppush our car. Therefore, the police officer in the car with me tazed him and we drove away because he appeared dead. He then got back up and because of server lag, when we back up, we accidentally hit him with our car. After respawning he metagamed because he random tranqed the police officer because he was angry at him, so therefore he faced the punishment. When he respawned, at a certain road, the police officer got out of his car, and decie drove forward and obviously intentionally CDMed him. Because of this, we impounded his car for CDM. He then trespassed into the Nexus Garage where it was being stored, and said that he did not have to pay a fine to get his car back. He had FailRPed on multiple occasions. He also cursed in OOC and disrespected fellow FearLessRP players, which I have the most evidence of.
