Summary: Having a Prop Block door. I went up to him to ask him to add a keypad, but he RDM'ed me. I do not have evidence of his Random death match, but what i have got was an image of his prop Block.
If more sufficient evidence is needed, i have got members such as PineCone, that were there at the occasion, and they may have a bit more evidence, that could back me up.
