Reason: Random Vehicular Theft and Random Vehicular Theft again
Involved: Just me and the car.
Why we should unban you: Well, I got banned twice for the same thing so that should be fixed. I also never knew taking an unlocked car would result in a ban I've only played for 6 hours, so for that I am sorry I won't take peoples cars anymore. Thanks I hope you can sort out my ban.
