Summary: As I was arresting a suspect, after he ran a fellow police officer over with his car, Smackdown37 withdrew a crowbar and began hitting myself and the suspect (who was tazed at this point). Smackdown37 killed the suspect before I could taze him. After I tazed him, he disconnected and then connected back just to avoid the arrest.
