I believe I can provide input on this situation. As you can see I am the orange vehicle coming around the corner, Back there I was pulled over and I saw the officer who had me pulled over fire at the owner of the yellow lokus. Now if I know how fear rp works that means that fear rp has changed from fear of a gun to believing you will be shot. That would mean the driver had every right to run from a second police officer because, in rp world he can not trust the police.

I was shot at by another police officer before I came into contact with Grim, I was shot down to 25 health, I drove past Grim and another police officer, whom unknown, they chased me until the point in the video, I didn't have to stop, because I was running and escaping from shots being fired at me. I pulled over to see what these different cops wanted, they didn't give me a reason. I continued driving away from the other police officer that was trying to get me, and in fear I was thinking (rp thinking) that these cops were notified to kill me aswell. I also died and switched jobs twice, and he arrested me for the previous ( law breaking? ) & from what I remember that's against the rules. Arresting me for past life experience.

Actually no. I arrested you again for possession of a vehicle again another time you broke it a while later. At that event you also broke fearrp again for a good while before I tazed you.

I wasn't able to tell you what the reason for the arrest is until I have you secured with handcuffs and you're standing still obeying orders. Then I will let you know, far too many times have people ran off while I have been typing. Given the fact that you've broken fearrp for me in the past too I wasn't didn't really want to take any chances. (You haven't learnt from the last time you broke fearrp with me at all).
