Summary: I saw [CRIP_]sgtcripple spawning an helicopter and flipped a taxi. A cop, Rhys, tazed and cuffed him for doing so which is backseat administrating. In Rhys "defence" he later uncuffed the guy with the reason "I do now understand that you proppushed a CDMer" or something like that. He did have a really bad attitude towards me.
