Agenda: The EvoCity Charity Organisation was formed, due to the signs of financial struggle for many of it's citizens and groups. The aim for the ECO, is to provide financial support to those in need. Food and medication is also distributed. The distribution of these resources are given both on the street, and in established buildings.
Ranks: The running of the ECO requires the willing charity of it's members, when coming across, or calling upon others in need. Ranks have been deliberately not given in the ECO, as all of it's members are equal in rights.
