So I've always had a huge fear for reptiles. I always screamed and sometimes even teared up only by looking at a picture of a reptile on google. But guess what?
My mom decided to adopt a bearded dragon and I yelled at her not to do it. I was certain that this would be my worst nightmare, having a scaly, creepy reptile in my own home. I mean, I'm so used to cats and dogs. Furry, cute things. But.. a reptile?! I thought I was never gonna leave my room, or at least never have any social contact with it.
But I was wrong. When little Oden (I prefer calling him Holdem ) came home, I didn't react the way I thought I would. I was brave enough to let him cling onto me, petting him and just getting along with him. I've only been with him for a few hours and I'm already attached to him, and he's attached to me.
