I'm probably going to get warned for this, but to my knowledge you did indeed break fear RP by running when he started to handcuff you.

Rules Wrote:Hostage Rules

You must use rope on a hostage.
Do not run away from gunpoint or while being tied: this is breaking FearRP.

I am fairly sure this applies for being handcuffed aswel.
