So here's the story from my end. People kept asking me to help them with their meteor RP they wanted to do. They had a legit cool observatory and were trying to evacuate the city. I decided to help them out by dropping some rocks onto evo city. Tried a few different kinds and eventually found some good ones to use.
Side note: A lot of people just ran around like idiots and acted normal. Made me sad. Lemme tell you, if a rock the size of a small building was falling down from the sky, I wouldn't be outside getting under it.
And Tomorrow, you've no idea, the screens didn't reflect how many people cried prop minge, how many @ calls, or beflok flying to me and asking "WTF are you doing" It was pretty funny all in all. I wish someone had screens of the final glow rock garage and really wish someone would have went to the observatory to see how the guy finally stopped it. With that being said people wondered why they didn't get roleplay pts.
Answers are as follows: Either you asked for them, hinted at them, or didn't go with the roleplay. When it is stated multiple times to get away from the glow rocks because they are hot and potentially radio active and you just attack them with crowbars or attempt to zig zag through them, your not roleplaying the event, your just messing around. Even had a few names I had to remove from my list because they started acting completely silly.
Amazingly no one was propkilled by the rocks falling or landing to my knowledge, maybe one or two from idiots driving and pushing the rocks intentionally before I could freeze them.
