Not enough for a ban.
Denied.
Due to complaints from the posting user, I'd like to add that the ban request has been denied due to this not being enough for a ban, the user is more likely to be warned for his offence. I don't think that it would solve anything to ban him for this, if he doesn't get warned, seeing as it would be slightly unfair if it was just a slip the user had made. A warning was more appropiate in this case.
