Summary: Well, I was dealing with a case with derpyhooves when i hear knifes sounds coming inside the bank, He was the only one there so i cuffed him and requested the warrant, Of course the president doesnt answer the warrants, We started argueing and he finally raged and reconnected.
Evidence: Read in order for a better understanding and see that i cuffed him.

As you can see, I didnt uncuff him, and waited for the president to do the warrant, Until he rage reconnected.
