Recently, for the past 4 or 5 days on all maps, I keep hearing very loud wind and rocks falling (The sounds from the "Our Benefactors" chapter of Half-Life 2) instead of cars honking and such (Like in City 17 before the war part or CS:S I dunno).
It just came out of nowhere and it can be very loud/annoying at times. stopsound in console only stops it for a few seconds. Please halp me :c
