Summary: Random Tazing, Team-Killing.
I rolled up and he was randomly shooting the nexus windows for whatever reason, so I sat there and watched, he ran up to me, asked what I was doing then tazed right away. So I decided to say nothing and see what he was going to do. Video shows the rest. I ended up running away cause he killed the police commander as a cop, he started shooting at me but I made it to safety.
