Summary: Well I was trying to arrest him for jaywalking for 1 minute he bassicly refused to get off of the road and encouraged cars to run him over so rping it i handcuffed him and attempted to get him onto the sidewalk and call his arrest warrant of course its not that simple video says it all.

miscellaneous : He also has a surprising 200 hours yet no bans on his steam name considering in the video he broke the most basic of rules. not shown in the video i tried to arrest him for jumping on asleep bodies many times but he encouraged people to jump on him or kill him when i tazed him for running.
