I would like to say a few words in this matter;I am actually surprised Bin4ry hasn't been perma banned earlier, I have been on the receiving end of many of his CDM's while he is speeding in the city, he was constantly breaking server rules so I feel this ban to be just.
While it's easy to say that you can simply change just like that, it's too late. There's no evidence that you will ever change based on what you have done in your past and I personally doubt you would.
In fact it's pretty ironic that you decide to change once you got permanent banned, didn't want to change after your 5th? 10th?
In another thread you mentioned that you donated a lot of money to the server, well..that was your choice to do so as it was your choice to continue to break the rules, donating doesn't make you exempt from the rules you know.
You can't just do what you want to do, rules are there for a purpose and they are there to make sure everyone can have fun playing, not just you, you do things that you deem fun which others may not.
