You CAN raid if your base got raided with the reason "CONTRA", that means goverment does Dictators RP, > Raid.
Thankyou for verifiying that, you have just proven my case. As I said above, your men raided 2 apartments on different floors, one because of a hostage, one with no proof of anything what so ever. No one was near it, they hit it because of contra and they wanted money.
You CANNOT raid the president if some of the SS have broken the rules.

so you're telling me, that if my brother had just been gundown and he was bleeding to death on the floor, I must get my passport and documents before I can call the ambulance?
