Holdem is one of the least people you should think that holds grudges on people. Others have been banned for doing the exact same thing.

If you truly wanted to keep the Government away from you, all you had to do is keep your weapons hidden and don't give them reason to raid you. You did the complete opposite, that request was mainly to provoke them in a fight you knew would happen.
