Name of player: (Who you want to be banned?) Puffigs
SteamID: (What is the SteamID of the person?) When searching for him, I get two identical names, but with different steamID's. Logs should be able to tell which of them did this:

Time in GMT: (When did it happen?) Between 22:00 and 24:00, GMT-0 for your convenience.
Server: (On which of our servers did it happen? rp_EvoCity v2d or v33x?)
Summary: (What happened?) I was getting him arrested, and the president failed to write a warrant and instead did a global OOC broadcast (by writing another /). He then offends me (IC, albeit I do think it was OOC motivated, it has little relevance), and logs off.
