Summary: He spazzed out with a prop, trying to propkill, and he managed to propkill a rebel (logs will prove this) and then he proppushed a car and got killed himself.
When he killed the rebel, i gave him a warning, saying i got screenshot but i was busy making another banrequest, and i wouldnt upload it if he would stop (something he didnt)
