Citadel2 was random tazing and then propkilling the tazed people, also propspamming later on and he stepped on tazed bodies and broke fear RP.
Andero96 was random tazing and typing "HAHAHAHAHA" when he did it. Also, reviewing the video, he was encouraging Citadel to propkill tazed people.

Note: I know that Citadel has already been banned for a week for "mass propkilling" but I hope you can extend the ban if you see what he did exactly and how he did it.
