That guy was at the jail floor waiting for his NLR period to end. You came up with your buddies and attacked him for no reason and almost killed him, it's still counts as RDM. Don't lie to me about that.
When you came back down there I heard you asking those guys if they want to join your raid, so it's basically you the one who lead most of the action.
