Ah, civilized conversation, lacking rage comments, this is what I like to see. Peace and Tranquility. 
Anyway, I do have to agree with some parts of your 'rant', if you will. For one, yes, some people on the admin team may not live up to the expectations we have for admins, this is true, and some of the team members do need quite a bit of work. Secondly, there is quite a bit of the rp you described, simple raiding for money and profit. This isn't rp at all, and should be avoided in fact, to have a fun and enjoyable time on the server. (Please excuse the lack of effort and possible misspellings here, it's late and I'm tired 
)
