I actually agree with you on every single point. The cops usually do the better RP.
The best part where I almost jumped up in excitement is when you said
"The entire RP community in Garry's Mod for the past six years has been nothing, but angsty kids being power hungry and developers finding better and easier ways to rob kids of $15 - $100, for stuff like 'donator' which gives minor perks and increases your probabilities of being the top-dog for a certain period of times."
I hate donator perks. I completely understand how expensive the servers are. But, there used to be a time where you could join a server, and not get begged to death for donations. However, fearless does a good job at only giving small amounts of perks. Fearless is actually the one community that gives the least amount of perks for being a donator. So I can appreciate that.
I agree with almost everything you said and don't have much to argue with. Because of everything you said, I don't play the server as a RP server.
My description of the server and almost everyone's description of the server is:
"A place to build up virtual wealth and gain power. Enjoy police fights, raids, own a shop, rent a house, go fishing, and many other activities."
A great example is Crazybob's cops and robbers for GTA:SA. They hit the perfect formula, but the community is horrible.
