So, blatant proppushing it is, not seeing any reasons to revoke the ban.

i understand the term "proppushing" but i didn't mean that offence at the time, considering nobody was around at the time of me getting trapped in the car apart from the idiot who spawn a car on a player standing still, i didn't intentionally mean to spawn more than 2 objects at a time and certainly didn't mean to kill anyone, however i was stuck in that car for nearly a minute with no assistance from other players. so i don't understand how trying to get yourself out from a glitched car is considered a offence
