No, once you have clicked the image from Google, then right click it and select 'Open image in new tab'. Then paste THAT url.
i.e Googled 'Mathias' > Found a picture> Left clicked it > Right clicked and selected 'Open image in new tab' > Done as stated above and you get

The google URL initially was http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?um=1&hl=e...pics2008/s.
The final URL used was johnrobertpowers.net/Locpics2008/success_mathias.jpg.
