Or to make them, you need to purchase a Molotov Schematic, I believe any job can buy this, and then take Fuelled Rags, from the BMD market and combine them with Alcoholic Beverages from the Chef market.
Simply - Molotov = Fuelled Rag (BMD) + Alchoholic Beverage (Chef)
You need to use the schematic obviously.
