Summary: As me and a cop (Batman) were arresting a Rebel Sir Luca opened fire on us from outside the nexus then ran away and holstered his weapon. very shortly after I found him outside near a group of rebels (who i know would kill me if tased him to arrest because it had happened earlier) so I shot him. Shortly (not 5 minutes) he returned and began using offensive language and Racist words.
Earlier he also RDM me which resulted in me losing a flare I am unsure if I have footage but I do have footage from him doing it at another time.
