Sometimes when I am playing as a police and people minging like hell it can be hard to tase them. Some people just run around in circles whilst I am mashing my left mouse button like I was playing Diablo or something. Is it just me that have this problem? Do the taser have a "cooldown" or something if you miss or have tased one person already?
