Time in GMT: 04:00 GMT...I think. If I'm wrong, it was about 9:00PM Pacific Time.

Summary: This guy was punch whoring me all day and I called an admin about it multiple times, although to no response. Finally I tried to leave the city and ran into this, so I decided it was picture time. Basically, as you can see in the picture, he was trying to charge me a toll to go through the city. For one, he froze the props. Secondly, he was a Taxi Driver (you can see his flipped over Taxi in the background), and three...the barricade was made up of doors :\
