i am posting this on zephyr's behalf, with his permission, since he couldnt post it.

Summary:
shaman wanted to sell me a car - i didnt buy it, he proceeded to random raid me, nlr, rdm, job abuse, prop block, etc.unfortunately i did not get proof of some of these, but i do have proof of some of it.
i have evidence of random tranqing and random tying(the tying being done of a friend of his, which i am not reporting because i dont have enough evidence to make a ban request against) (he did this in order to be able to job abuse/powergame and arrest me, you can see him besides me and then running towards me as a cop) as well as of the propblock + (partial evidence of)the job abusing. he later changed names (probably thought he was going to avoid punishment somehow that way) and this is what you see in the 2 last screenshots where i get more (better) evidence of the prop blocking and he changed his name.
i believe he did not like the fact i was getting proof of the propblock - and decided i wouldnt have any, this is why on one of the screenshots when i have the console open you see in the background me getting traquilized. - too bad not only did i get enough evidence but i also got even more proof oh his rulebreaking
the screenshots show a very good chronology of events and they should be pretty much self explanatory.
closing notes:
i'l admit i might have broken some rules during his minging - which he might or might not have evidence of, but it was 100% caused/started by him, and i am more than willing to deal with my punishment.
