If I must take a ban for changing my job / getting promoted to president and demoting the cop that was firing at me, but not killing me

The evidence has been added, the ones I got with 11gb free space.
Players have been encouraged to warrant players that do things such as run around the city porpkilling everyone, to prevent the minging.
The backseat administration rule goes both ways. I never killed him, or took any action, as in backseat administration, out of anger.
He was harassing the only two players online.
