Well, Mr.Doddger shacks such as small trash props E.T.C in town are of no problem.. It is not aloud to block any important thhings in town however if you are looking to build an actual house prop thing your best bet is to leave in town and build it some where outside of the tunnels so people wont bother you. Best of luck
