What exactly do you think i was doing in the mean time of all this?

The president isn't allowed to allow you farming weed there, that is FailRP.

I never told him about my weed farm within there and he never saw me face to face, i called him over the phone (/pm) and asked for permission to continue my research in the labs (faking to be a known researcher), the police at anytime could have informed the president that i was a BMD just by looking at me.

They couldn't since you never left your labs.
