What I used to do is just call in the police to have them help me.
You could always try the nice method of saying please dont jump on my props that works like 30% of the time.
Do not kill someone just because they are bugging you there are multiple ways around it. Get them in jail is my favorite because generally minges HATE jail.
Never take the approach of yelling at a minge it will just make them want to troll you even more.
These are a different story as I see prop killing to be an ooc straight rule breaking act. Take a million screenshots with F12(dont use the camera phone) and post a ban request. You are helping out the server by weeding out the minges that way
